Your kids will love this fun Watermelon Peanut Butter and Jelly Lunch! Super easy to make and it turned out so cute!

Watermelon Lunch
My boys always love being surprised with what I come up with for their meals, snacks and desserts. It’s Summer and I wanted to come up with something that represented the season and that they would like. They love watermelon and this was a hit!
Ingredients
- 2 pieces of bread
- peanut butter
- strawberry jelly
- raisins
- green grapes
Directions
- Cut the corners off of the bread to make it look like a slice of watermelon.
- Spread peanut butter on the inside and the jelly on the outside.
- Put some raisins on the top to look like seeds.
- Cut the green grapes in half and stack them up on the top edge.
This is SO easy and a fun summer lunch!

Hi! Love this…how about a Watermelon Poem too…From my children's picture book Poems on Fruits & Odes to Veggies-
Watermelon
Every time I take a bite
To cure my hearty appetite
Watermelon juicy sweet
Drips down my chin and to my feet
Drip, dribble, spit and spath
I love a watermelon bath
