Cowboy Boot Sandwich

We hope that all of you had a great New Years day! I have been updating a few things on our blog today. We are on Pinterest now and added the Follow Me button on the right side. We also just added a About Us page at the top.

I was going through some of our creations and came across this Boot Lunch that we made a long time ago. I just forgot to post it. My then 4 year old just loved this lunch!

We used 2 pieces of whole wheat bread, peanut butter & strawberry jelly, & 1 slice of American cheese. We just cut out a boot shape from our bread. Make one side of the rounded top of the bread the bottom of the boot. Spread peanut butter in between the slices. We added our jelly on the top to make a design on the boot. You could just put the jelly inside and cut out a fruit roll up or use strawberries, etc… Use the crust scraps to make the heel and other details. We cut out a star from the cheese to make the boot spurs.

A super easy lunch to make for your little cowboy!
