Rainbow Snack

We came up with this Rainbow Snack (or lunch) and this takes just minutes to make! This is a such a fun and easy after school snack for the kids...they will love it!  Kellogg's has been so kind to us and they have sent us lots of their snacks since I started contributing to their site Snackpicks.com.  My boys always get so excited to see the big box of Kellogg's snack products and they do not last long in this house!

Rainbow Snack

Fruit Salad
Townhouse Crackers (Keebler)
Cream Cheese
Chips Deluxe Rainbow Cookies (Keebler)

Place the fruit salad in a rainbow shape on a plate.  Spread cream cheese on the Townhouse crackers and place on the ends for clouds.  Serve with the mini rainbow cookies. How easy is that?!!

This would also be a great lunch to pack the kids for school and put a big smile on their face!
