Monsters Inc. Mike Wazowski Quesadilla Dinner

I bet there are a lot of you have that little Monsters Inc. fans like I do. My 2 year old is in love with watching Montsters Inc. over and over and over again! We are so happy that the NEW Monsters Inc. University is coming out so we can move on from the old one!ha Really though..it’s such a great movie & I can see why kids love it…and adults!:) We came up with this Mike Wazowski Quesadilla for my 2 year old and he absolutely loved it! We wanted to share today since the new movie is coming out this weekend.

Mike Wazowski Quesadilla

1 Spinach Tortilla
Black Beans
Cheese
Sour Cream

Start out by folding the quesadilla in half. Use a round cookie cutter to cut out a circle. You can also use kitchen scissors if you do not have a cutter. Place the beans & cheese inside and heat until melted. We cut out the arms, legs, & lips using the scraps. We used sour cream to make the eye & teeth.

Super easy to make and your little Monsters Inc. fans will love this!

Check out my 2 year olds happiness with his Mikeadilla!:)

    1. Thanks…my 2 year old played with him for about 10 or 15 minutes before he would eat him. He would pull off a arm and say…Oh no Mike Wazowski you broke your arm, etc… Lots of fun for the kids!:)

  1. My son has asked me to pull this up so many times since he saw me looking at it the other day 🙂

  2. Thanks for featuring my Red White and Blue Jell-O! I was so excited when I saw that, and it totally made my day 🙂 Thanks for hosting the party!

How fun! Looks like you were inspired by Creative-Food.blogspot.com for this lunch!
She posted almost the exact same thing hours before yours. 🙂

    1. Actually we were not. We made ours before & happened to share on the same day a few hours apart. She created a lunch that looks different & ours is a dinner. We are all sharing on the same day because of the new movie coming out. She is a friend of ours & we absolutely love her Mike Lunch & everything else she makes! Making characters from quesadillas is something we have done for years & we have a ton of them posted on our blog!:)
