These Easy Rudolph Brownie Cookies are so simple to make and were the perfect cookie to make when we needed over 100 of them!
Easy Rudolph Brownie Cookies
We signed up to create almost 100 cookies that will be handed out to kids in need at my church tomorrow. We wanted to come up with a fun idea that my boys could create all by themselves. I am so proud of them for all the hard work they put into making these! It’s so important to me to have my boys give back to others on Christmas and it was wonderful to watch them have fun making these last night.
These cookies are perfect for the kids to make themselves & would also be great for class parties at school. You can make a ton of them in no time & we think they turned out super cute!

Hi there – I tried this and it didn't work at all. The batter was too thin. What size brownie mix did you use? I used an 18.3 oz sized box. I'm guessing it was too big?
I am so sorry this didn't work for you! I used Pillsbury brownie mix 19.5 oz. I didn't see a lot of other sizes with their mixes, but will add this to the post. The batter should be thick.
Your boys will be heroes to all of the kids who receive their cookies. They did such a wonderful job. Their cookies are so cute.
