We came up with these fun Mini Pumpkin Waffle Treats and they taste SO good! Super simple to make…you and your kids will love them! These would be fun to make for a after school treat or Thanksgiving party as well!
Mini Pumpkin Waffle Treats Ingredients
(makes 4)
- 8 Eggo Mini Waffles
- 1/2 Cup Vanilla Frosting
- 1/2 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Orange Edible Color Spray
- 1 Green Sour Punch Straw
How To Make Mini Pumpkin Waffle Treats
- Start out by toasting the mini Eggo waffles.
- Cut around the edges to shape into a pumpkin.
- Lightly spray 4 of them with edible orange color spray on a paper towel.
- Take a couple of tablespoons of the vanilla frosting and set aside in a small bowl.
- Take the remaining frosting and mix in the pumpkin spice.
- Spread the mixture in between the mini pumpkin waffles.
- Spray a little bit of the orange in the reserved frosting. Spoon the frosting in a baggie and snip off the corner.
- Then squeeze on lines on the outside of the pumpkins.
- Snip off 4 pieces from a green Sour Punch Straw and poke them in the tops.
They are delicious and oh so cute! You could make a ton of these in no time at all!
